Introducing The Econet LAN Party! On 20th-21st May help us create 2023's biggest Econet network!

We’re planning an Econet LAN party at the museum and we’d love you to come along and plug your machine in!

We’ve got 13 machines already on our network and we are now cabled in two rooms. We've got several bridges we can deploy and servers we've never used yet. So could we make the worlds biggest Econet? (For 2023, anyway).

If you have any BBC or Archimedes machines with an Econet interface, please bring them along. We’d be very interested to see any other machines too, so if you have a rare System rack or an Atom, you’ll definitely attract our attention. As well as our current display, we aim to bring our collection of ABC machines, and some early Archimedes A305 and A440 machines will have their first powering in a long time. We may need your expertise to repair them or set them up.
